As we are now in another covid lockdown, our contractors will only enter a property to attend to a genuine emergency.
We would ask you to adhere to all social distancing requirements and if possible wait outside the property whilst our contractor is in attendance.
We have been advised that some parts and materials are already in short supply and so there may be delays which are out of our contractors control.
